adidas Clima Cool 1

adidas are soon to release the Clima Cool 1 in three brand new colour options including yellow, aqua and turquoise, all-black and all-white.

The Clima Cool 1 has been a recent canvas for adidas’ tonal experimentation. Varying colour ways have been seen in icy, glacial blue followed by the candy red tones in Coca-Cola collaboration and most recently the “Precious Metals” pack. The functional yet street ready aesthetic gives a nod to vintage inspirations from the 1980s and early 90s.

Vintage notions are seen particularly in the yellow, aqua and turquoise colour way, referencing the iconic ZX8000 model which was a market leader for adidas in the advancement of sneaker technologies. This can be seen in the light mesh outer sole which is breathable and lightweight and stops the feet from overheating. Although the synthetic overlay across the sidewall offers robust and durable protection as well as a wipe-clean finish.

The pack also offers more subtle all-black and all-white options finished with a gum rubber outer sole.

Released in selected adidas stores from May 18th 2017.
