Barbour are a world renowned English company manufacturing waterproof outwear, leather goods and accessories. For Autumn/Winter 2014 they have joined forces with adidas Originals for a range of high quality clothing and footwear. The collection offers a wide choice of design, look and feel by combining sportswear and functionality.
The range is built around three themes, featuring jackets, trainers and boots, which can be worn collectively or individually. The three story’s centre around the countryside that Barbour’s famous for, the spectator and its association it has with sport and the military around which Barbour made jackets for in the British army.
The shoes shoes that accompany the jackets are all constructed using premium materials, combining leather, nylon and synthetic mesh. Waxed laces have been used on all shoes, with Barbour tastefully branding on the tongues. They’ve selected the ZX555, TS Runner, Columbia and GSG 9 boot models which perfectly fit and match the feel of the Barbour brand.
The Barbour x adidas Originals Fall/Winter capsule collection will be available in adidas Consortium partner stores and selected Barbour retail stores from 8th November.

I was very excited when I first heard about this collab and it didn’t disappoint! two of my favourite brands coming together, I just hoped and prayed that they got it right and they did imo, I got the Columbia and the ZX555 both are fantastic, great takes on two classics and top quality. More please.
