adidas have created the perfect hybrid between comfort and practicality in the new ZX Flux. Some may see it as the brand’s answer to Nike’s Roshe Run. It is inspired by the silhouette signature ZX8000 of the 1980’s. The iconic triple stripe keeps the heritage alive yet the materials, textures and prints are far from adidas Originals tradition.
A combination of woven upper material ensures breathability as well as air-like comfort. The moulded heel cage and torsion technology mid-sole promises durability, giving them a slight edge to other fly-knit models.
In keeping with the brands recent revamp and inclusion of adventurous bold colour ranges, the ZX Flux has provided the perfect canvas for even more creativity. The trainers are now available with a wider variety of prints and colours including the “Neon Pack” range, rainbow design and geometric patterns.
After 25 years in the making, stripping back the DNA of the ZX family and combining with seamless construction and a fun aesthetic, adidas welcomes a future classic to a modern market.
