With a brand name that translates as “house of the seven seas,” it’s no surprise that Japanese outfitter Nanamica maintains a focus on the outdoor. Founder Eiichiro Homma draws on a technical design background in the label’s fusions of classic styles and performance fabrics.High-technicality meets easy-to-wear in Nanamica’s Spring/Summer 2016 lookbook.

Relaxed silhouettes and menswear essentials – like trench coats, windbreakers, cargo pants and tailored suiting – present themselves as highly wearable everyday items due to their casual impressions, but are made with hard-wearing properties so that they can truly be worn under all conditions. A muted colour palette matches the clothes’ natural bearings and consists of earthy tones, such as navy, heather grey and beige.

For this season Nanamica also present a fresh selection of luggage this season. Keeping to a simple three-piece focus, the range features their signature cycling pack, day pack and briefcase, which goes alongside their outerwear collection. Grey Para cloth fabric is used, known for its durable qualities and water repellent features, finished with premium black leather accents.

The season collection can be view and purchased from END. website and retail location.
