After the recent release of the Adidas Originals x SPEZIAL collection, adidas are continuing the theme of working with collectors and oficinados with this Quotoole shoe and book package. The two first met via the Crooked Tongues forum and remained good friends ever since. Peter O’toole is a freelance illustrator and Quote is a adidas collector like no other.
With their love for three stripes, the duo crated an illustrated poster of Quote’s collection. It went down so well that it caught the attention of adidas who invited them to their archive in Herzogenaurach. The result is this adidas Originals Consortium ZX420 ‘Quotoole’, inspired by a particular pair of Denvers from Quote’s collection.
The illustrated book and shoe will available from select adidas Consortium stores from 15th November.

You can now also get look at the OG pair of Denver’s that formed the inspiration for their own Quotoole ZX420.
